Three financial solutions have been designed to support all stages of a real estate acquisition project by community organizations, allowing them to overcome the problems of the rental insecurity problems they face.
Initiated by Centraide of Greater Montreal and Coalition montréalaise des Tables de quartier and supported by some fifteen partners from the philanthropic, community, financial and municipal sectors, Initiative Immobilière Communautaire du Grand Montréal is adapted to the reality of community organizations to support the long-term financial viability of the project.
Fiducie du Chantier de l’économie sociale, in collaboration with Réseau d’investissement social du Québec, is its operator.
