Governance
To ensure its efficient management the Trust’s governance structure is made up of three committees: the Trustee Council, the Investment Committee, and the Audit Committee.
Composed of development and solidarity finance stakeholders, representatives from different regions of Québec and members of the Chantier Trust staff, these committees meet regularly throughout the year.

- to ensure management of the Trust’s operations and investments in social economy enterprises;
- to administer the real estate and the operations patient capital products that have been offered to social economy enterprises;
- to ensure capital supply by issuing trust units and developing secondary markets;
- to contribute their expertise to develop and validate the Chantier Trust’s strategic orientations.
